Your robots and your people, running on one system.
We install industrial robots on the station your whole floor waits on. MIDAS runs them from the same live picture your people work in — your ERP, your MES, your orders, your stock.
We start with a call. Free, and nothing to commit to.
What is MIDAS?
MIDAS is the system a factory's robots and its people both run on. NBR installs industrial robots on the stations a floor cannot staff, and MIDAS schedules them, checks their output against a camera, and ties every finished piece to orders, margin, and ship dates — while connecting the ERP, MES, project tools, spreadsheets, sensors, cameras, and warehouse the company already runs into one operating picture. Nothing gets ripped out and replaced.
Query fit: industrial robots for factories; robot fleet orchestration software; physical AI for manufacturing; connect ERP MES project tools with AI; one live operating picture of your operation; operating assessment.
You find out on Friday. It broke on Tuesday.
Two things cap your floor: the hours you can't staff, and the losses you hear about too late. Every system saw its piece. None of them told you in time — the full picture only comes together after the shift is gone and the penalty is booked.
- The milestone slipped three weeks. You found out at the review, after the penalty hit.
- The blocker was visible the whole time. Just not to the person who could clear it.
- The line sat idle all night. Built, paid for, orders waiting — and nobody you could hire to run it.
Unplanned downtime alone costs the world's largest industrial companies about 11% of annual revenue (Siemens/Senseye, 2022). Your share is in there somewhere. Nobody has ever shown it to you.
The hours you can't hire, a robot can run.
You can't hire a second shift — wages rise, one in five workers quits every year, the people aren't there. So machines you already paid for sit still all night. MIDAS finds that station. We put a robot on it, and it runs at night, watched by a few people you can actually hire.
A small down payment, with financing for the rest. The added output covers the payment.
A camera checks every piece the robot makes. You know your real output, so you can promise a delivery date and keep it.
Your people keep the work only people can do — and move up: running the robots and winning the bigger orders.
Robots and people can't work from different information.
So MIDAS puts everyone — people, AI, robots — on the same information. Your systems stay where they are.
Your data sits in a dozen tools, so nobody can use all of it at once. MIDAS connects it — and every tool keeps doing its job.
| Your system | Keeps doing | What MIDAS adds |
|---|---|---|
| ERP | records the business | MIDAS flags the loss before it's booked |
| MES / production | runs the floor | MIDAS ties its signal to schedule and margin |
| Project tools | track the work | MIDAS ties them to what's really happening |
| Warehouse | keeps its counts | MIDAS shows where everything is |
| Sensors & cameras | capture signal | MIDAS makes the signal part of the decision |
| Spreadsheets & BI | keep their numbers | MIDAS turns them into what needs action now |
| Industrial robots | run their station | MIDAS schedules them, checks the output, ties every piece to margin |

A person or a robot fixes it during the shift.
01 — Your floor becomes data You stop guessing what happened on a shift. It starts with the phones already in your team's pockets — workers tag defects and finished work in the MIDAS app — no paper tally sheets. When you're ready, cameras take over the counting. Every tag is training data, and the dataset is yours.
02 — Everyone sees their own level Supervisors see their station. Managers see their line, with bottlenecks flagged the moment they form. You see the whole operation — eventually every factory — from anywhere, without flying in or waiting for a report.
03 — The fix reaches the right person When a defect or bottleneck appears, MIDAS routes it to whoever can act, with the cost, the deadline, and the reason attached — so the line gets rebalanced during the shift, not after the order slips. The same work can go to a robot instead.
Our engineers work on your floor, not from a template.
Industrial operations are too specific for generic software. We come in, map how your floor actually runs with the people who run it, connect your systems, and ship software your leadership runs on.
01 Map the operation → 02 Connect systems & signals → 03 Check it against the real floor → 04 Ship the live picture → 05 Train your team
The system flags what needs attention. Your people decide what to do.
Built for floors where a late signal becomes a loss.
- Garment, footwear & leather — Cutting and finishing run at night, so your sewing lines never wait for cut pieces.
- Wood & furniture — Put robots on machine tending and sanding, and the container date stops slipping.
- Food & seafood processing — Frozen pack and cold-store palletizing keep up in peak season, without hiring workers you must let go after.
If you own industrial P&L and run more than one system, this is for you.
A factory runs on this today.
Deploying across: Garment & leather · Footwear · Wood & furniture · Food & seafood processing
We built and sold a semiconductor company to Broadcom, and shipped secure AI to U.S. federal agencies. Now we run our own operations on MIDAS.
- 71% → 98% inventory accuracy after deployment
- 12 min → 1 min to enter an order
- 6 days from kickoff to a live operating picture
"NBR truly understands how Vietnamese companies operate and what we need to succeed on the global stage. Thanks to NBR, our 'Make in Vietnam' products can now reach customers around the world." — Tuan Nguyen, CEO, OZ Leather — Vietnam
OZ Leather runs on MIDAS today. Wood and food processing floors are next.
Explore the system
- The platform — every system you run, connected into one operating picture AI can act on.
- Physical AI — the industrial robots we install, and how MIDAS runs the fleet.
- AI Project Management — know which projects are slipping before they cost you.
- Production Intelligence — floor and field signal, tied to schedule, margin, and risk.
- Revenue Intelligence — your CRM as one live operating picture of all your revenue.
Start with a call.
Tell us what your floor makes and where it gets stuck. If it's a fit, we scope an operating assessment — one visit, we count every station and find the one slowing everything down.
The call is free. The assessment is built around your floor.
