- Make MIDAS better. Use what we learn at each factory to improve MIDAS and make the next deployment faster.
- Be responsible for results. Our team is small. You are responsible for factory results, beyond completing assigned tasks.

- Visit the factory with its owner and workers. Understand how they manage orders, stock and production.
- Load the customer's real catalog, stock and open orders into MIDAS.
- Set up plans and task cards so each worker sees their next job in their own language.
- Stay until workers update MIDAS by phone. Share what you learn with the product team.
- Vietnamese and English required. Strong technical skills and comfortable working at factories.
Change Manager
Help factory teams keep using MIDAS after setup.

- Help workers and managers use MIDAS every day after setup.
- Guide owners and managers using today's data. Help workers practise at the factory until they can use MIDAS confidently.
- Help clerks move from re-typing paper to catching problems.
- Create practical guides and collect feedback at each site. Measure results before and after MIDAS.
- 2+ years in change management inside manufacturing required; bilingual Vietnamese + English required.
- Spend time in our Silicon Valley office working alongside our U.S. customers.
Senior Founding Engineer
Lead development of MIDAS's core system.
Singapore · Vietnam · Remote (SEA)
- Design and lead development of MIDAS across the backend, web and mobile apps, including chat.
- Ensure each worker's photo and message updates the correct record. Record who sent it and when.
- Set technical direction and improve engineering standards as the team grows.
- Make every setup week faster than the last one.
- Senior role with founding equity and a path to CTO. Responsible for whole systems, beyond individual tasks.
Computer Vision / ML Engineer
A camera checks every piece.
Remote (SEA) · work closely with factory teams
- Build models that check product quality from cameras and photos at the factory.
- Read workers' count sheets, product labels and delivery notes. Update the correct record.
- Run models where the camera is, on cheap hardware and bad factory Wi-Fi.
- Measure model accuracy at factories. Detect accuracy problems before customers notice them.
- Real industrial computer-vision experience required. English required, Vietnamese a plus.
International Sales Manager
Sell our 1–2 week MIDAS setup service to factory owners.
Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi) · travel across Vietnam and Korea
- Manage sales opportunities with manufacturers using paper and Excel. Prioritise Korean manufacturers in Vietnam.
- Sell a paid 1–2 week setup and a monthly subscription that expands as customers add sites.
- Visit the production line with the owner. Ask an engineer to help with technical questions.
- Support each customer from the first factory visit through MIDAS setup, then expansion to other sites.
- Vietnamese, English, and Korean required — you will negotiate in all three. Manufacturing or B2B software sales experience.
