NBR keeps AI training off by default while protecting Customer Content through clear security, privacy, and enterprise commitments.

Does NBR train AI models on Customer Content?

No. NBR does not use Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Training occurs only at the customer's request under a separately signed agreement to build a custom model for that customer.

Every current or future AI model provider is contractually prohibited from training on Customer Content. If a customer connects MIDAS to its own AI tool through MCP, that tool's terms govern its data handling because the customer selected the connection.

How does NBR protect data?

NBR uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, secure credential storage, and audit logging of administrative actions. Its obligations follow applicable data protection laws wherever they apply, including the rights identified for California residents under the CCPA.

What enterprise commitments apply?

Enterprise commitments include breach notice within 72 hours, or 24 hours for confirmed data exfiltration; data export on request during service and for 90 days after termination, with a deletion certificate provided on request after deletion; and NBR indemnification against intellectual-property infringement claims, subject to the liability cap and the exclusions stated in the Terms. NBR provides no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing.

How are cookies and analytics handled?

Public marketing pages use first-party attribution on submitted forms and, only after analytics consent, GA4 and LinkedIn Insight Tag for measurement and retargeting. Rejecting analytics keeps those tools off.

Which language version controls?

If language versions conflict, the English version prevails.
